Only on Sundays this class is the perfect way to close out the week. Rachel will walk you through some intentional foam rolling practices showing you the benefits of myofascial release.

This particular class will increase your mobility and range of motion as we progress you through a series of active flows consisting of a combination of dynamic stretching, some static stretching, slow eccentric movements while also holding some isolated body weight strength movements. We will also challenge your core strength- all in all a great way to make sure you stay well rounded and fit!
