Only on Sundays this class is the perfect way to close out the week. Rachel will walk you through some intentional foam rolling practices showing you the benefits of myofascial release. 

She will also take you through some slow deliberate stretching while also holding moments of meditation and mindfulness. This hour long class closes out the week and rounds out our classes options to help ensure your mind body and soul are as strong and healthy as possible.
